Each teacher has an Open Disclosure Statement, indicating what is required and how academic grades are determined for students in their classes. If there is a perceived error in a grade, any grade changes must be completed within the following quarter or by June 30 for the fourth quarter (Murray School Board Policy).

Cheating
It is important for each student to develop personal integrity and lifelong learning skills. Therefore, cheating will not be tolerated. Any student that participates in cheating will receive a zero on that assignment (i.e. test, quiz, assignment or homework) and a “U” citizenship grade in the class.

Internet Access to Grades
Grades and attendance are available through the Internet. If you have not called Riverview Jr. High School’s office to set up your student’s access password, please call us at (801) 264-7446. The website is www.murrayschools.org. You will need your student’s ID number and a password (assigned through the office).

Report Cards / Deficiency Notices
Midterms and first, second and third term report cards are sent home with students on the dates listed. Deficiency notices and fourth term report cards are mailed to parents.
