CLAW Cards
As part of our Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports program (PBIS), students have the opportunity to earn CLAW cards. Students are awarded these cards by their teachers when they demonstrate Character, Leadership, Achievement, and Wise choices. Students can turn their CLAW cards into the main office for various rewards.
Remarkable Raptor
Remarkable Raptor is a recognition given to six students (two from each grade) each month from October through April. A letter is prepared that contains remarks from their teachers. “Remarkable Raptors” are students who are doing good things in their lives at school, working hard, being kind to others, etc. On the designated day, the student comes to the office to meet with the principal and the PTA President where the
letter is read aloud to them and they are given the letter, a certificate, cash award, gift card, and treats. A copy of the letter and school picture is featured in the front foyer display case for the month.
